Anusaranga is a dynamic combination of Ashtanga and Hatha alignment. Using Ujjayi breathing and Bandha (body lock) you will be guided into different asanas, achieving core strength for more open and strong postures like arm balance, hip opening, back bending and inversions.Ujjayi breathing is the core of the practice, each asana will be held for 3 breaths, leading to a feeling of energy flowing through your body.
