Perpetua has for the past 13 years been an experienced Kundalini , Haha and menopause yoga with a special interest in fascia release and lymphatic flow.

She has gained training in lymphatic yoga with YogaU.

She has had experience of teaching privately and for the NHS with a special understanding of people who have and is experiencing a cancer diagnosis.

She believes our breath is key to a healthy lymphatic flow. Healthy lymphatic flow can look like you have been on a diet, as it reduces inflammation and recharges the metabolism.

The Blissful Sound Bath experience begins with a short self massage (without oils) to the head, neck and shoulders along with some simple yoga stretches to further ease tension from the physical body.

This is followed by a blissful deep yogic "sleep" where the mind is induced into a peaceful stillness while the body sleeps whilst being kept warm and comfortable with blankets, bolsters and whatever you choose to bring with you! About half way through the process, the sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls, Himalayan chimes and other instruments are introduced as part of this healing transmission.

Creating sound baths is all about intention and the healing transmission that accompanies your experience occurs through a special remote healing process taught by Dr Sue Morter - Master of Bio-Energetic medicine.

The Blissful Sound Bath is the perfect way to take time to rest, restore and rejuvenate as part of your self care ritual.

A wonderful opportunity to receive a deeply relaxing, revitalizing and healing Shiatsu treatment at THE SHIATSU CLINIC in the Beach Studio, at the NATURAL FITNESS CENTRE, on Eastbourne Seafront once a month for an affordable donation.

We would hope that anyone who wishes to receive Shiatsu at one of these clinics pays what they can afford though we would suggest from £15 for half an hour, from £25 for an hour.
