
Scaravelli inspired yoga is a gentle yet powerful form of Hatha yoga that uses gravity and breath to release the spine and energise the body. Scaravelli-inspired yoga guides you through a beautiful journey of waves and spirals which can encourage a slow and safe release of tension, and enable you to experience a new and profound way of moving.

In this new yoga class Louise takes her inspiration from the revolutionary work of Vanda Scaravelli who explored a new and profound way of moving that guides you through a beautiful journey of waves and spirals, which encourages a slow and safe release of tension, creating space in the spine all in a mindful and meditative way. It is a never-ending, continuous exploration of the miracle that is our body.
This is a gentle yet demanding form of Hatha yoga is subtle yet strong, and works with the flow of the breath and the pull of gravity to allow the spine to unfold like a wave, allowing the uninhibited opening and energising of the whole body.
Scaravelli inspired yoga is a stress-free yoga that benefits everyone. Classes are suitable for all ages and all levels (from beginners to those who have many years of experience). Regardless of your level of fitness, you will discover a longer, stronger and more flexible spine, a calmer mind, and begin to enjoy increased energy and ease of movement.
Time: 10.45-11.45am every Thursday apart from the first Thursday of the month, starting on Thursday.10th October.

Join us every Saturday from 9 to 10am or from 10.30 to 11.30am for a deeply restorative, Scaravelli-inspired yoga class that works with the breath and the natural pull of gravity to create space, freedom, and ease throughout the whole body.
Each session begins lying on the floor, allowing time to settle and reconnect with the breath. From here, we gradually explore simple, meditative movements that gently engage both body and mind. You’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you, with plenty of options and adaptations offered so the practice can truly meet your body’s needs ~ with kindness and without pressure.
We close with a guided relaxation, giving you time to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of the practice.
These classes help you move more freely, let go of tension, understand your body more deeply, and develop simple, supportive practices for everyday wellbeing.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, including complete beginners, these classes offer a calm, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and feel better—both in body and mind.
