Sink into deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called ‘ Yogic Sleep ‘Yoga Nidra helps release stress and tension, improves sleep quality, restores energy and supports emotional balance.
Perfect for all levels as there is no movement to perform, just effortless listening and letting go.Come as you are, get cosy, and leave feeling rested, rejuvenated and restored .

Monthly on the Final Friday of the Month (starts 27 Feb)

Treat yourself to an evening of relaxation and renewal, with moonlight and ceremonial cacao inviting gentle transformation.

A monthly manifestation gathering of release and intention, where we begin with a gratitude-inspired cacao ceremony followed by a lying-down manifestation visualisation, celebrating the rising energy of the full moon.

No equipment or experience needed. Mats and stools are provided.

GYROKINESIS ®

GYROKINESIS ® classes are intended to awaken the entire system, opening energy pathways and bringing you into greater balance. The method will improve your range of motion and functional strength through flowing, rhythmic movement. The focus on breath will stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity. This class is gentle enough for a non-mover, yet can work deep enough for a very active individual, providing an excellent form of cross-training for everyone.

No equipment or experience needed. Mats and stools are provided.

A class designed for anyone wanting to reconnect with their body in a safe, supportive way. We’ll move slowly, release tension, and build strength with care. Beginners are warmly welcomed, as are those managing back pain (not acutely symptomatic and have been checked by a healthcare professional), fatigue, or simply looking to improve their postural awareness.
