Gentle Pilates with Tracy Weare

A class designed for anyone wanting to reconnect with their body in a safe, supportive way. We’ll move slowly, release tension, and build strength with care. Beginners are warmly welcomed, as are those managing back pain (not acutely symptomatic and have been checked by a healthcare professional), fatigue, or simply looking to improve their postural awareness.
