I believe movement should feel good and support both body and mind. My journey began as a personal trainer, but through my own setbacks and injuries I discovered the transformative power of Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement. These experiences opened a new chapter for me—one where movement became less about fitness alone and more about healing, strength, and connection. Driven by curiosity and a desire to help others, I went on to complete my pilates and yoga teacher training, followed by physiotherapy and APPI clinical pilates level 1 matwork. This blend of clinical knowledge and mindful practice allows me to support people of all levels and needs with a compassionate, informed approach.
Gentle Pilates
My Gentle Pilates class is designed to help you reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive way. Together, we move slowly and intentionally releasing tension, building strength, and restoring balance. It’s ideal for beginners, or for anyone managing back discomfort (that’s been checked by a healthcare professional), fatigue, osteoporosis or those wanting to improve posture, strength, and mobility. Each session may include massage ball release work to ease muscular tension and always ends with a calming guided relaxation or nurturing wellbeing meditation—leaving you feeling restored and grounded. If group classes feel a little daunting at first, I also offer limited one-to-one sessions to help you build confidence and begin your movement journey at your own pace.
