Yoga For Men

Chris

Chris has been practicing yoga since 1998, and teaching since 2014.On moving down to Eastbourne from London after the pandemic, he began Yoga for Men classes to help more men to explore yoga, knowing that many feel that they 'can't do' yoga, but would like to try.

The class is adjusted per individual, so that anyone can do the practice - and gain their own personal benefits.

His aim is to improve each person's mobility (through flexibility and strength); increase their understanding of their body and breath; and increase balance, stability and coordination - from whatever level they are currently at.

To help achieve this, the class is encouraged to listen to their own unique bodies, and move at the level that is right for them on any given day. Thus, all levels are welcome.

Anyone who has further questions or doubts is encouraged to contact the centre, and Chris will happily call them for a friendly chat.
