Get In TouChSawaddee Kaa Hello! My name is Fon and I’m a Thai Yoga Teacher.
For most of my adult life I’ve worked with stray animals in various charities in South-East Asia: I started practicing yoga looking for some positive way to deal with the emotional burden that my work used to lay on me. The regular practice of Yoga allowed me to find a better balance, in my personal and professional life.In more recent years I’ve decided to take this passion to the next level and started the path to become a Registered Yoga Teacher.I’ve study Anusaranga Yoga with Kru Dutchi, in northern Thailand, and started practicing Ujjayi breathing, mindfulness meditation and bandhas. My hope is to be able to share with others what I’ve learned (and I’m still learning!): Yoga has given a lot to me, and I’d like to give something back to others.I’m very new to Eastbourne, and I look forward to meeting you!For more information or to contact me: www.fonyoga.co.uk or info@fonyoga.co.uk
