

Hi, I’m Debbie, a certified Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher. I work full time and have a very busy family life, so like many people, I found that making time for myself to truly rest and unwind was a real challenge.
Get In TouChIt was during this busy period that I discovered meditation and Yoga Nidra. That one hour of stillness became a sanctuary, a space where I could find peace, calm my mind, and simply be. Over time, I realized the benefits went far beyond that hour of relaxation. Yoga Nidra helped me release daily stress and anxiety, and brought a deeper sense of balance, wholeness and calm into my life. The impact was so profound that I decided to train as a Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher, with the intention of sharing these powerful benefits with others. I now offer monthly Yoga Nidra classes at the Natural Fitness Center, held in their beautiful studio overlooking the sea. Each session is guided through a different theme, offering a unique and deeply nourishing experience every month.
