With local breastfeeding rates beginning to rise, it’s clear that support truly makes a difference. Yet, many families still struggle to find the help they need to reach their own feeding goals. We believe that every parent deserves access to the right support and the right to make informed decisions about feeding their baby. Each family should be able to have the breastfeeding journey that works best for them, whatever that looks like. Everyone deserves trustworthy, compassionate, and consistent support.
We know that both group and one-to-one support play an essential role in achieving breastfeeding goals. Every journey is unique, but we all agree that without professional help, the struggle can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer free (charity-funded), professional-led breastfeeding appointments for anyone who needs support or information.
Our drop-in clinics provide tailored 45-minute sessions for mothers who are feeding their babies breast milk and may be seeking reassurance, guidance, or help with challenges along the way. Each session is led by a qualified lactation professional — either a Certified Lactation Counsellor (CLC) or an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) — offering expert advice and compassionate care completely centred on your individual needs, and further follow-up in our weekly regular meetings (breastfeeding cafes).
Whether you’re navigating difficulties or simply have a few questions, our clinics offer a safe, private, and confidential space where you can feel truly supported. Breastfeeding is heartwarming and magical, but it can also feel lonely and isolating. That's why we are here- to help you be seen, heard and supported- no matter what your goals are.
