Sound Therapy

Sound therapy uses Chinese gongs and Crystal bowls. When I first experienced a ‘sound bath ‘it was like going on a journey in my mind. I found it took me away from my ordinary view of the world, I felt incredibly relaxed, and I lost track of time. I even thought of a solution to a long- standing problem. I was bowled over by my experience and knew I had to study this subject in more depth.

Sound Therapy is a holistic practice that can appeal to anyone with the wish to improve their health and wellbeing.
