Since then, I have spent years studying both yogic tradition and earth-based spiritual practice, discovering the deep threads that connect breath, body, moon cycles, seasonal living, and feminine wellbeing.
Today, I weave these teachings together to support women and a few good men — especially in midlife and beyond — to feel stronger, more confident, more grounded, and more at home in themselves.
