With a history of over 20 years working in the health field, I have found that Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy has had the most healing impact on myself and others.

Historically, I have been fascinated with bodywork. Using qualified skills as a Personal Trainer, Traditional Thai Massage Practitioner, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher, I continue the curiosity into what it is to live in Health.

After living overseas for most of my adult life, I have now come to settle in Eastbourne, with my family, and am passionate to share this beautiful practice.
