I am a proud mum of four amazing adults, and I deeply value personal growth and the journeys we all take. I’m passionate about making the most out of life and sharing my wisdom.
I have many passions outside of my work, including playing the guitar and ukulele, singing in Rock Choir, live music, exercise, spending time in nature, socialising, and travelling to the Greek Islands.
I started on my personal development journey in 2012, and I completed my NLP Practitioner Certification and my Personal Performance Certification. I found these courses so inspirational and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of them, opening my mind, gaining increased self-confidence, mindset shifts, and new awakenings.
