Yoga with Bella for every 'BODY'

Accessible friendly yoga and relaxation sessions for all those who put off joining a yoga class for a variety of reasons. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be young, thin and flexible to derive both health benefits and immense pleasure from this ancient medicine for body and soul.

Life brings us enough stress, pressure and demands and our bodies (in an attempt to protect us) tend to hold on to all of that. It is essential to be able to press pause. Come to get nourished and recharged, to befriend your body again. Rediscover the joy of movement whilst honouring our limitations, be it age, unwelcome pounds that crept up on us over decades, mobility issues, or emotional fragility and loss of courage to try something new.

This is yoga for every body, slightly battered and tired bodies especially welcome - suitable for all abilities.
